SPILLOWING or YOU GOTS TO SPILL

PRACTICE SPILLING?

Real learning happens when mistakes are allowed, embraced, and encouraged in a proper and supportive environment.

The human is a mistake making marvel. We learn by falling or coming up short and making adjustments 'til we get it 'right.'

Think of babies learning to walk, your first bike ride or your first anything, for that matter. Was it perfect and comfortable? Or messy with spillage all over the place?

Am I saying we do things 'wrong' to get things 'right'?  Yep. And there's a name for it: Practice.

In Flowskool, we practice spilling on purpose. I call it SPILLOWING as in spilling + allowing. It's simple:

Don't spill on a ipad or tablet

Your turn.
And remember:

Humans need mistakes to learn. Always have. Always will.
